I think that sort of ethnic market and takeout requires a critical mass of local residents with that cultural background, which we just don&#039;t have. (On the other hand, an upscale Filipino restaurant might have worked better, since people will venture out for unfamiliar ethnic food but might not have a need for the groceries from &quot;home&quot;.)]]></description>
