Hi Michael,
I just stumbled upon your blog by chance and find it very informative and well written. Thanks!
I am a resident of Pleasanton for the last 10+ years. Also a vegetarian (along with the rest of my family). And, although Indian by origin, always interested in different cuisines, vegetarian varieties of which are unfortunately hard to come by in the area.
So I was going to request you to make a note of whether the places you review have a special place in their hearts for vegetarians 🙂
